And I'm off...well kind of

Namaste!

Alright, now what? Blogging is to Writing as jogging is to running? I suck at social networking, so if you are reading this, you are welcome for the comedy of what will be my epic failure at blogging while I am on an epic journey. Sigh : /

I do not have the slightest idea as to what is about to occur. I know that I will be at Helping Hands Community Hospital Chabahil, Kathmandu, Nepal and that I have never been in a situation like this. So why am I going? Who knows. I guess I would call it some combination of an adventure, yatra, humanitarian aid, learning opportunity, and an interest in cool places, different cultures, and cool people. The past two years of my life have been impressive. Things like love, betrayal, death, life, heart-break, head-break, disabilities, school, work, friends, family, and maturity have made my life very interesting. Don't worry, I don't like to bother other people by turning my life into a show, but I know there are people who are interested in what I am doing on this next phase in my life journey. This is where the blog comes in. It is here for people to read what they want to. I may even try to answer questions.

Mother Nature and I are not speaking right now because she thought the Eastern United States needed a winter storm. This has changed some travel plans, but it all works out. I am taking it easy at CMH until 2300 (fingers crossed, one delay was enough mother nature!) when I am supposed to leave for EWR. I have to hang out on Jersey Shore tomorrow until 2030 and then move on to Delhi and Kathmandu. No worries, life is beautiful!

Farewell friends. Happy Holidays. See you next year. I will try and blog my heart out (ppppdesg ;)

  1. Dude! Can't wait to read about your adventures. I'm really excited to hear about the people you help and the adventures which you partake in. Be safe, befriend many but trust few, and drink lots of Nepalese beers!
